Genetic Health Guarantee
We stand behind our puppies with a one year genetic health guarantee. All puppies sold by Cafe Au Lait Aussiedoodles, LLC are in the best possible health to the best of our knowledge and ability. Breeder Lindsay is the daughter of a well-respected Licensed (in 3 States) Orthopedic Surgeon Veterinarian of whom practiced throughout Southern & Central Coast of California, also Colorado and Utah. Lindsay has worked along side and been influenced with Veterinary practices since she was a young girl. Lindsay’s own breeding program started in 2007, was guided and established by her Parents influence and medical knowledge to put together the best protocols for a successful Breeding program. Puppies in the care of Cafe Au Lait Aussiedoodles, LLC are fed the highest quality foods, provided the best quality vaccines and precautionary treatments to ensure the health and longevity of every puppy’s future.
Before puppies leave the care of Cafe Au Lait Aussiedoodles, LLC to go to their forever homes, they will have been vaccinated with two vaccines, first a Parvo vaccine, then a 5-way vaccine, wormed up to 8 weeks of age and also treated two weeks prior to leaving our kennel to help prevent coccidia arising from stress caused by moving to a new home with new routines, new people, new smells and so on.
If any problems are found by your puppy’s new Veterinarian within the first three days after purchase, and the problem is found to be life-threatening or disabling, we will refund the purchase price or replace the puppy with another similar puppy from a future litter. This is after receiving valid Veterinarian documents confirming the issue and also we have the puppy examined by our own Veterinarian.
Additionally, if within the first year after purchasing your puppy, it develops a genetic disorder that will drastically shorten the longevity of life of that puppy, we will then replace the puppy with another similar puppy of the Breeders choice from the next available litter with no additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not cover any out-of-picket medical expenses the may have been incurred.
What's Not Covered
We cannot guarantee puppies outside of our care, against illnesses or opportunistic parasites brought on by stress, change in environment, shipping, changes in water or food.
We are not responsible if a puppy contracts a communicable disease or infection after leaving our possession. Also our Health Guarantee does not include improper bites, hernias, or any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.
